Jo's Studio and classes

Shop for gifts for special folks or for yourself 

and tour the studio at the same time.  

( and don't forget that  YOU are a special folk! ) 

You might find me throwing pots on the wheel

 or hand-building a piece of sculpture . 

 I could be painting a picture on a silk panel or scarf.  

Each day is an adventure for me and for my guests; 

I never keep to a certain schedule, 

and I have three working sites; 

in addition to this one, I have a special

 room for painting and another 

for fiber and leather work,

so it's wise to phone before you come,

 just to make sure I'm here.

For beginners as well as more "seasoned" potters.

Two-hour classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three weeks. That will give you six classes in which to learn the basic process and to create something beautiful.  

You can pick your time: morning 10am, or afternoon 1pm

I'll help you with both hand-building and wheel-throwing.

What's included:

+Your clay, glazes and firing + All tools and equipment needed + instructions + new friends and

 my charming personality

All you need to bring is yourself dressed in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty - after all, we will be working with clay and clay is made from DIRT!

I am limited by space to only 6 students at a time,

The cost for all six classes is $225.  

I require a $50 non-refundable deposit (which will be deducted from the final payment) to hold your space.
